WARRANTY POLICY

We stand by our engineering. VEXORA offers a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty on all tournament-grade paddles.

What Our 1-Year Warranty Covers

VEXORA warrants that our paddles are free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Covered defects include:

  • Core delamination (structural separation of layers).
  • Premature face cracking under standard play conditions.
  • Loose handles, structural handle snapping, or collar breakdown.
  • Loose or rattling materials within the honeycomb core.
  • Defects with the protective edge guard adhesive separating from the paddle.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and structural failures.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs on the edge guard, minor graphics peeling, or standard discoloration).
  • Grip wear or degradation of the handle wrap (grips are consumable items).
  • Damage caused by striking the ground, net posts, court fences, or another paddle.
  • Intentional modification, customized alterations, or structural changes to the paddle.
  • Paddles purchased from unauthorized second-hand sellers or liquidators.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please send an email to sales@vexorasports.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Name]".

Please include the following information in your request:

  • A copy of your original invoice, order confirmation, or Amazon receipt showing date of purchase.
  • 1–2 clear photographs or a video showing the specific defect area (e.g. cracked face or loose edge guard).
  • A brief description of when the issue started and how the paddle is behaving.

Our quality assurance team will inspect the case and respond within 24–48 hours. Approved claims will receive a brand-new replacement paddle shipped directly to them.
