Shipping Policies & Delivery Timelines

VEXORA partners with premium logistics networks (including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DHL via Shiprocket) to ensure safe, expedited delivery of your paddles directly to your doorstep.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Offered on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase requirement.
  • Dispatch Window: All orders are packaged and dispatched from our Pune warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Timelines: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–4 business days. For Tier-2 cities and remote regions, please allow 4–7 business days.

Easy Returns & Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or replacement request.

  • 14-Day Window: Returns or replacement requests must be registered within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, paddles must be completely unused, showing no signs of ball marks or grip wear, and returned in their original packaging with shrink-wrap intact.
  • Return Shipping: VEXORA will arrange a free reverse pickup for domestic orders. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, we request you to ship it to our Pune center, and shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit or is defective upon opening:

Please take clear photos or a short video showing the damage and contact our support team immediately at sales@vexorasports.com or phone +91 91561 67477. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement paddle right away at no extra cost.
